Update: E-bike Incentives Are Funded, Policy Bill Will Add Equity Guidelines
$10 million has been set aside in the state budget to help people in California buy e-bikes. An accompanying policy bill, A.B. 117, will contain rules to make sure the money goes to people who need it most.
