Bill Would Eliminate Problematic Minimum Parking Requirements
Among the unintended consequences of minimum parking requirements are: more driving, more traffic, more delays for everyone including transit, longer distances between destinations, more fuel use and emissions, more difficulty and danger for people who are not in cars, and much higher housing costs.
